Pretty decent hotel, maintenance is quick. Rooms are usually pretty quiet and comfortable, definitely cleaner and better taken care of than most you'll find around Dayton. Maintenance responds and housekeeping is pretty good.
We left in 2 seconds flat after finding bed bugs in the chair. The staff understood and refunded the money with no problem. I have no idea how to add the video but willing to share it!
Decent rooms but a staff that should have jobs that don't require working with the public. I'm a customer and I expect manners when I frequent a hospitality based business.
Not much activity in the big parking areas, at any hour except when people are arriving, of course.
It was nicer than I expected. An elevator took me to my 3rd floor room. My room was spacious and clean with fridge, microwave and a safe. Great value!!
If i could give zero stars i would. We didn't even stat. Already left. Room smelled bad. Mold on the ceiling and the beds cery bouncy.
