I was in and out fairly quick, despite other drivers moving in slow motion.
Driver got to shipper at 11:30 am , appt was at 1 pm. They took the driver right away , got loaded in 1 hour .
Maybe if the girl with the pink hair in the outbound Lane at night wasn't too busy playing her tablet games and texting on her phone drivers wouldn't have to stand outside in the rain with the wind blowing getting soaking wet waiting for her to take five seconds out of her precious game and text messaging to help us get our bills. And then giving us attitude about it when we're standing there staring at her soaking wet...

Come early, because there is usually a wait at check in security.
Very hit-n-miss place to load at. I've been loaded in under 45minutes, but have also waited for 5 hrs. Do not always believe dispatch that your load is "ready". People are pleasant, but yard jockeys ignore you. Double check your equipment before and after dropping and picking up: just watched a yard driver drag a reefer's landing gear the length of the yard (how hard is it to push the hydro lever up???).
They have their own full size scale, on the way out.
Nice lounges on both sides of the warehouse, with vending and 2 restrooms each.
