Excellent service. When arriving the guy at front desk checking me in for car service read and addressed all the notes and problems I listed on my reservation. The waiting area is decent they have vending machines for snacks and soda and free bottled water. When the inspection was completed all of concerns were thoroughly addressed and my wait time was appropriate for the work I had done. Check out was great, they have a rewards system that provides 5 percent of your previous visits bill that can be applied to the current day service. Everyone was polite and I highly recommend choosing them for service and repair.
Phil Ryan was hands down the best salesman I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. He, Larry, and Helen went out of their way to ensure that our experience met all of our needs. I drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership, and it was worth every minute. Thank you!
Great experience. I live 250 miles away and they did everything they could to secure my business. When I showed up to pick up my car, it was exactly how they described and just like the pictures they sent me. Great experience and worth the drive!
Today, my husband and I went to buy myself a new (to me) car. Mark Creech was a fantastic help! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
