Arrogant staf . As i am preffered customer i was asked directly to the parking lot , when i went there thry wanted me to checkin inside the terminal . They did this with me thrice few months back . I wrote a mail to my company travel and i am glad that they are consideribv removing avis as preffered vendor . Train your staff .

Very nice facility at the Dayton Airport. Charles at the counter was very helpful. I was able to upgrade to Camaro SS, which was a blast. Only negative was interior windows were so dirty, that I had to clean them at the hotel with cleaner I borrowed from front desk. Used the cleaner on very dusty dash as well. Return was super easy and fast.
Refused to honor reservation. Prepaid a month in advance. Refused to offer refund. Refused to transfer Reservation. Linda was sour and rude. DE RI WAS USELESS.
Generally well managed. Cars are getting better with some more options than they used to have, and sometimes opportunities to upgrade.
