I rented a SUV 2017 and the ride was great and it was very roomy. The staff was very friendly with a lot of smiles! That started my vacation off to a great beginning! I did not have any trouble getting my rental, everything was fully prepared for me to sign and drive!
Website says debit cards are allowed with a hold. After finding the rental location, which has a different address than on website, we were told they only take credit cards now. Clearly the website needs updates.
Made a reservation over a month in advance for a full size suv. When I went to pick it up they did not have one available and i had to settle for a midsize. I was told I was going to get a discount. They then charged me for the full-size. I emailed customer service and after 30 hours still no response. I put a review on fb and was told to message them my info. They never replied. I will NEVER rent through them again.
The car pick up went fine. And so did the return.
Abysmally slow. Stood in line for over 45 minutes. Very disorganized behind the desk staff argued with every customer. Only one employee at desk when a line of 10 customers cued up. Went elsewhere
